More recently the company has built a national footprint of 30 hey locations and has diversified to become a leading provider of residential energy efficiency measures for utility companies under the Energy Efficiency Commitment (EEC), and a large and rapidly growing supplier into the social housing sector.

Partnership
As a plc with a proud history as an employee owned company and social enterprise eaga ensures that the unique Partnership ethos which drives the engagement of employees and strong relationships with its customers is maintained at all levels of the organisation. The company was 51 percent employee owned at flotation on Thursday 7th June.
The interests of eaga's employees are aligned with Shareholders' through the eaga Partnership Trust which is eaga's largest single shareholder. eaga's employees currently hold over 50 percent of the company's shares and the company is a founder member of the Employee Ownership Association.
