Eaga's business is structured into three key sectors:

Government Contracts, Installation Services, Specialist Services

Government Contracts

Eaga is the UK market leader in the management of grant-funded programmes aimed at tackling fuel poverty. The company manages all four regions of the Government's flagship Warm Front programme in England for the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (HEES) in Wales for the Welsh Assembly Government and the Warm Homes Scheme in Northern Ireland for the Department of Social Development.

With over 16 years experience of dealing with the most vulnerable groups in society, Eaga is well placed to provide further services to Government and Devolved Administration Government, specifically in the field of providing services to older, socially excluded or vulnerable people.

The Government Contracts sector comprises of one Division - Government Contracts which accounts for approximately 68 percent of Eaga's revenue.

Installation Services

Installation services is Eaga's fastest growing sector through organic and inorganic growth. Eaga has built a solid installation capacity in the domestic insulation and heating markets. Rapid growth has helped Eaga realise opportunities to service its Government Contracts fuel poverty contracts, grow its offering to utility companies and penetrate the fragmented social housing heating system installation and maintenance market.

The installation services sector comprises two divisions - Heating and Home Services. The primary focus of both Divisions is the supply of products and services into people's homes.

Eaga Home Services is one of the UK's leading installers of home insulation services, operating from 21 locations across the UK with an estimated market share of c16 percent. Eaga's insulation businesses provide a full range of cavity wall, loft and external wall insulation services. The Division surveys over 25,000 homes a month and it's contact centre handles over 1.2 million calls a year.

Eaga Heating installs and services energy efficient central heating systems, primarily in the social housing sector and as a sub contractor to Government Contracts. The Division has grown rapidly since inception in 2004, initially organically and more recently via acquisition. Eaga is now the second largest central heating installer in the UK market. The Division installs over 30,000 heating systems a year through a nationwide network and high levels of productivity.

Specialist Services

Eaga's Specialist Support Services business builds on the services provided by the Government Contracts and Installation Services sector businesses. This includes:

• aftercare services
• on line retail of energy efficient white goods
• insurance and brokerage of energy savings derived from the delivery of energy efficiency to utility companies on behalf of government customers.

The sector comprises two divisions - Specialist Business Services and Insurance.
